Task:

The client, the largest resale platform, wanted to ensure the verification of suspicious listings for the accuracy of product descriptions. Tools and raw data were provided based on user conversations within the service, comments, and product complaints

Solution:

The focus of the project was on reducing the complaint processing time, blocking outdated and fraudulent listings. Our Project Managers developed a document outlining the approaches to verification and a form for filing complaints on the client’s platform. We assembled a team of 15 people ready to handle moderation daily and ensured that listings were checked within 15 minutes of receiving a complaint
