Content Moderation in Recruitment Domain

The client, a major internet recruitment company, faced the challenge of fast and high-quality moderation of complaints regarding posted job vacancies. The website displayed offers related to illegal activities according to the Criminal Code, suspicious job postings, and misleading offers not aligned with the actual interview process. The request involved creating a moderation structure and forming a team to work in this area through outsourcing

The main challenge of the project lay in the volume of communication to gather supporting evidence that would justify banning reasons and effectively combat offenders. To address this, Training Data assembled a team of 10 people and a Project Manager, analyzed user inquiries to support, compiled a list of the most common violations, and prepared a list of resolutions for each case. Following this, they configured a system for generating messenger accounts and a lead acquisition system for verification. The team was assigned daily KPIs for processing postings
