The client, one of the top 3 Banks in Eastern Europe, managed call center interactions. They aimed to train a neural network to autonomously categorize client requests (related to debit cards, credit, deposits or balance)
Our Solution:
Given the sensitive nature of the data containing personal information, strict adherence to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) was paramount.
The client stipulated that only individuals under NDA could access the data. Moreover, they sought full visibility into work processes for quality control and operational oversight. Our in-house team of markup specialists executed the project.
