Our Challenge:

Our customer, a leader in chatbot development for businesses, requested assistance in improving the metrics of their voice assistant. They aimed to train a neural network for speech recognition based on call recordings. Our team was tasked with transcribing the data

Our Solution:

Successfully training a neural network in this scenario required a substantial amount of data — over 2000 hours of audio. The data was annotated using our internal Training Data tool. For this project, we assembled 3 teams, each consisting of 20 annotators and 1 mentor. The user-friendly nature of our internal tool, combined with a tightly-knit team specializing in transcription, enabled us to complete and deliver the project two weeks ahead of the agreed deadline
